Before founding SpendQube and Procurato, Marco spent 15 years in senior procurement, sourcing and supply chain roles across FTSE 100 financial and insurance services, Big Four consultancies and automotive manufacturing. He has led major strategic initiatives, from direct sourcing in insurance to managing complex indirect categories including IT, professional and corporate services.
This consulting-led experience now underpins SpendQube, where Marco applies real-world procurement expertise to ensure the platform goes beyond software, helping organisations translate insight into tangible results. Alongside this, he is passionate about developing people, mentoring colleagues to grow professionally and become the best version of themselves.
Matthew co-founded Procurato before launching SpendQube, bringing over 20 years of experience across insurance, financial services and heavy manufacturing. Having held senior leadership roles including Chief Procurement Officer, he has led large-scale transformation, outsourcing and cost-reduction programmes across industries such as aerospace, defence, marine and infrastructure.
