Marco Marambe

Managing Director - Strategy, Finance, Business Services

Before founding SpendQube and Procurato, Marco spent 15 years in senior procurement, sourcing and supply chain roles across FTSE 100 financial and insurance services, Big Four consultancies and automotive manufacturing. He has led major strategic initiatives, from direct sourcing in insurance to managing complex indirect categories including IT, professional and corporate services.

This consulting-led experience now underpins SpendQube, where Marco applies real-world procurement expertise to ensure the platform goes beyond software, helping organisations translate insight into tangible results. Alongside this, he is passionate about developing people, mentoring colleagues to grow professionally and become the best version of themselves.

Matthew Parker

Managing Director - Sales, Client Operations & Client Technology

Matthew co-founded Procurato before launching SpendQube, bringing over 20 years of experience across insurance, financial services and heavy manufacturing. Having held senior leadership roles including Chief Procurement Officer, he has led large-scale transformation, outsourcing and cost-reduction programmes across industries such as aerospace, defence, marine and infrastructure.

This hands-on consulting and industry experience now shapes SpendQube, ensuring the platform reflects real procurement challenges and delivers more than software alone, combining insight with the expertise needed to drive meaningful results. An innovation-driven leader, Matthew is passionate about building high-performing teams and ensuring clients benefit from the very best expertise.

Lucia Oravcova

Spend Analytics & Procurement Cost Optimisation Specialist

Lucia is a procurement and insurance specialist with expertise in data analysis, M&A, sourcing, and risk management. She has designed and assessed multiple Target Operating Models across technology, risk, and organisational frameworks, and is highly experienced in managing procurement categories to align with business objectives.


Her industry background spans financial services and manufacturing, leading data analytics & spend analytics workstreams. Lucia’s analytical and data-driven approach drives complex projects that optimise sourcing, mitigate risk, and strengthen procurement performance.

Anna Pilipiuk

Head of Growth Strategy & Product

Anna is an award-nominated leader in technology and product management, with expertise in AI/ML and business growth. She leads product development for SpendQube, driving AI-powered spend analysis, procurement automation, agile delivery, and software development initiatives.


Combining her consulting background across finance, supply chain, media, and infrastructure with a strong focus on sales and marketing, Anna not only creates products but also ensures they are positioned, marketed, and scaled effectively. At SpendQube, she uses this dual expertise to deliver solutions that enhance both our clients’ performance and SpendQube’s own growth.
